Booking Rides

Rides can be booked by:

Telephone to 03 329 0160 – On call phone person
By Email to riding@katetapley.co.nz – On call email person
Akaroa booking office – Bon-E-Mail or the Adventure Centre
Visitors Centres Akaroa, Christchurch, Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura VC
Trek guides – at all venues. Rosters for each venue available at trekguides online email group

All bookings need to get into the Riding Online Calendar for the venue ASAP. With the following information:

In the appointment title:

Product – # Riders – Guide:

eg: 3Hr – 4 Riders – Guide: Lisa

Change the number as you add riders (does not include wfrs)

In the Description:

Name – Age – M/F – Height – Weight – Injury – Experience – Phone – email – Transport – Payment – Comments – Booked by

Viewing Calendars Online

Any one taking a booking (not the riders) can view the Calendar

You can see how many people have already booked, and let riders know what is available.

You may be authorised to edit the Calendar and take the booking (set-up & some training required).

If you don’t have access to the Calendar phone 03 329 0160 or someone who you know who is authorised and at the computer.
