Open a Transaction Box for a Creditor Invoice

• Check if one has been made already for the Month, if not:
• Make Creditor Invoice for the land owner for that month:
Duplicate a previous month and:
• Update the date to the last day of the month the invoice is for
• Update the description by Changing the Month
• Hi light the old transactions and use rubbish bin icon to delete.

• In the Detail Lines Description use the following format:

Name of trail – Name of customer – no of people – Date
