Trek Logs

Trek / Rides (Treks and Rides – same thing) information comes into the office  from the venues in the form of Trek Logs with

• Money
• Vouchers
• Instructions to invoice, etc.
• Booking Forms
• Safety forms

These all have information to be entered into MoneyWorks

KTHT Information in MoneyWorks is organised by:

• Jobs
  Each Trek Log is given (in the office) a Job Number and a box to enter info about the Trek

• Names
  All customers go into the database.

• Transactions
  (Cash Receipts or Debtor Invoices)
  Treks may have several transactions for example an invoice for one person and a Cash payment by another.

• Products
  This the type of ride or event – the price is coded into MoneyWorks

• Venue
  Akaroa Otahuna Mt. Lyford

Grab-One Rides

There is no need to enter each grab one trek log as a transaction Just enter their name & details into the Database if there is info worth keeping.

The money comes through in batches and we enter it into MoneyWorks when reconciling.
