These do not come in on Trek Logs but enrollment forms.
Names
The name has this format:
Mary Smith (mother) Tracy (sc)
The Comment Box
Saddle (means they are interested.)
Saddle Enrolled (means they have at least once enrolled)
term306 means they were in term 3 2006
Enrolled but not yet pd. or pd a deposit.
- Do all the name stuff as above
- Make sure they are also ticked as a debtor.
- Fill in a debtor invoice
- Enter the deposit bit by ticking the box if there is a deposit.
