Plugins

Exclude Pages from Navigation
Universal Post manager (for making MS Word document)
WP-Filebase

Settings

General – Name – Time Zone
Miscellaneous – http://manual.katetapley.co.nz/accounts/filebase
Permalink – Custom (exclude the year & month)

Widgets

Only one set of pages and hence bold header is automatic. If there are other bold headings needed the pages are excluded and handled through text widgets with html.
