There are several possible situations:
- Sale of Horses
Enter as a “Service” and use account 1012
No Job number is required.
- Grazing
This is by Venue, so it is entered as a Product – OTHER and you will be asked to Choose a Venue.
It needs a Job Code, again Choose OTHER (because it is not a Ride)
Marian Van Nobelen is a good example. These transactions are set to “recur” and unless there is a change don’t need to be touched.
- LIVERY (product)
Goes to the Other Income account.
