Getting info off Safety form

On the Safety Forms people put their email and tick if they want a newsletter. Note that the email may also be on the Booking Forms.

In MoneyWorks

Add the email address to “Contacts” in NAMES

• “Contacts” is the last tab in Names and we use the first email box on the left.

• If there is a second email in a family or group – add it to the second contact.

Comments Box

In the Comments add the codes for items they indicate an interest in on the Trek Log:

clinics – interest in Clinics
maxxx – regular riding

Custom Boxes
There is one called Newsletter

If they want a newsletter – enter Y

Final Tick
Tick and initial the Safety form to show you have entered all the data.
