1.  Show Balances – Copy last year

2. Show Budgets -Paste into this year.

Once it has all been tweaked the budget is done.

Displaying the budget.

I have not found a good way in MoneyWorks but see 2010-11 for an example of how to do it in Excel.

I then post up the entire Excel file to this manual.
